Paul McClure MBA CPA

Paul McClure has a 15-year career in finance and accounting. His experience has been focused on growth oriented small-medium business as CFO and Controller with positions largely in SaaS and Technology, Manufacturing, and Ecommerce.

Currently, Paul works as a fractional CFO where he develops financial strategies, is active in fund raising and M&A, ERP system implementations, and building finance teams. Previous to that, he was the CFO of a number of VC backed SaaS and Technology companies were he built out the finance and accounting departments, aided in fund raising, and completed successful exits.

Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Washington University as well as an MBA also from EWU, and is a licensed CPA. Prior to entering the finance and accounting field he was in the US Air Force.

In his spare time Paul enjoys working on his race car, which he and his family actively race at Utah’s Bonneville Salt Flats, as well as other top speed events in the West.
